On her Birthday, Josie had a full day of VBS. Then it was sack lunches at our friends house, and then swimming with the Temples. There, she jumped off the diving board at 10 feet and swam to the ladder for the first time without her life jacket! She also was diving under to retrieve toys and practice her "Shark- Fin- Rain-bow" (the crawl illustrated)
We had OREO Pie for supper and went to Barns and Noble for the Summer Reading Contest where she earned her first Fancy Nancy Book. It was a good full day and she slept like a log that night!

Five already! Looks like a wonderful day was had, swimming is fun. We have had kids get books from reading clubs as well, keep up the great work!
Josie our little lady, looks like an Olympic diver! You are TOO brave! Be sure to always let mom know when you are going to practice without your life vest. Grandma wish she could be as brave as our 5 year old, but you are much braver than me. Grandma gets herself in trouble and swallows have the pool! Stay safe and keep having fun! You learn how to swim really good. That sounds like a really fun day you had! I hope you show Grandma the book you won! We will enjoy it together when I come to visit. Love YOU! Grandma Terri
