From the 3rd pic to the last picture in 5 hours... well 9 months and 5 hours! Priase God it was my best birth yet (even though it was my biggest baby!) We have had a 8#------- 8 6oz # -------------- 9# -----------and 9 6oz # baby now. Weird huh?
Cooper Daniel was named by his daddy. He arrived October 20, 2009. SilverCross Hospital by a midwife and no drugs or epideral. Praise God!!!! He gave us a perfect baby boy to even out the boy vs the girls in our family!

Praise God is right. Thank you Lord for answered prayer for a safe and speedy delivery (and much shorter in the past). Grandma Terri was pretty worried about her daughter and the labor and delivery she would have to enter. Something in me told me to get to Illinois before she went into labor and I am so glad I did! No time to travel when you go into labor at night and have it so quickly WHICH WE ARE GRATEFUL FOR! If I had been in Minnesota at the beginning of your labor this grandma would have missed this birth and she would have been sad to have done so. It is important to us moms to be with our daughters and sons at a time like this. Thank you Lord for allowing me to participate with being at the birth and helping take care of my precious grandchildren! I love these pictures and the memories of those first days of Cooper's birth. Thanks for letting me be a part of it Taunya! I am proud of the mom you are and how you love your children always thinking about them first. Even in birth and doing such a great job in delivery! What a daughter I have! Makes me so happy and proud to say your mine! What a blessed time we had that day and look forward to the blessings of this new child added to the family!
